Initial quotation

Sampling
Sample fee, timing, revision scope, material, measurement, construction, branding, and packaging are discussed using editable terms.
Approval
The buyer approves the agreed fabric, color, measurements, construction, branding, accessories, and packaging.
Production planning
The order receives a schedule, production notes, approved references, quantity allocation, and quality checkpoints.
Bulk production
Approved cutting, sewing, branding, finishing, and packaging stages proceed according to the confirmed route.
Quality inspection
Configurable checkpoints compare work with the approved sample and written specification.
Delivery coordination
